Everything looks AOK for this weekend! We have heat, we have a clear parking lot, and most of all we have a TON of new LEGO for the gift shop! And we are now selling LEGO(r) based buttons! Very fun stuff!

Here are the gamblers at the museum!!! Story goes we were building the museum and one of our clubs (PENNLUG) did not like my LEGO cards! So they built their own! Add in some whisky bottles and you have a cool display!

There were only 100 made of each of these! Rare enough on their own, but we found a complete collection of these VERY RARE LEGO Toby Jugs. These items were made in Australia by the Australian Lego Model Team. This is the only known complete collection of these rare items.

Say Hi to Dirk! He stands 7ft tall, and he is the newest Bellaire Big Red!
Made from over 20,000 FLESH Colored bricks (not available!), he is a sight to see.

This was created AT Brick Show 2009 by Brian Korte and the public. Very cool Mosiac which will be part of the "Kings Court"

The population of earth is going in the other direction. But on Mars they are keeping up the weight lifting to keep their poundage down.
Plastica, The band made from LEGO bricks
This band has adorned our stage since we opened. Its long trip to Bellaire, OH was filled with twists and turns! Also alot of repairs were needed!
It is one of the best parts of the collection. Enjoy.
Black lit space room!!!
For those of you who have been to the museum you know about the black lit room! For those of you on the fence, this is one of the coolest rooms in the museum!!!
World Record build 2008
Here are some pictures of the world record build 2008. Just so you understand the scale of this thing, it takes up an entire classroom at the school!!!

During our winter months we will be completing the "fill" portion of the castle.

Your guess is as good as mine. Who is taller?? During our recent event one of the AFOLs had a "who is bigger" contest! I still think Darth is, but that is for you to decide! (Mike was on his tippie toes maybe?? hehehe)
